Frequently Asked
How far in advance should I order?
Everyday arrangements are best ordered 48 hours ahead. Weddings and large events are typically booked several months in advance, though we always ask before assuming a date is unavailable.
Do you deliver?
Yes — throughout Chicago and several nearby suburbs, with delivery fees based on distance. Studio pickup is always available during open hours.
Can I request specific flowers?
Absolutely. Fresh flowers do vary by season and market availability, so we may substitute while preserving your color story, style and value. For highly specific requests, contact us before ordering.
Do you offer private workshops?
Yes. Private experiences start at $450 and can be hosted at the studio or at your venue. Start with the private workshop inquiry form.
