Custom floral designs
Custom designs are sourced individually, so cancellation windows are longer and deposits may be non-refundable once flowers are ordered.
Events and weddings
Event bookings are held with a deposit. Cancellation terms are set out in the event agreement.
Workshops
Workshop seats may be transferred or credited with advance notice. Late cancellations may not be refundable because materials are purchased ahead.
Private workshops
Private experiences follow the timeline set out in the private booking confirmation.
