Fees and windows
A flat demonstration delivery fee applies at checkout. Deliveries are made within a general daytime window rather than at a guaranteed time.
Pickup
Pickup orders are ready during open hours on the requested date. Please bring the order confirmation.
Failed delivery, incorrect address, recipient unavailable
If a recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe location where appropriate, or returned to the studio for re-delivery. Incorrect addresses supplied at checkout may require an additional delivery fee.
Weather, holidays and cutoffs
Severe weather may delay delivery. Holiday periods have earlier order cutoffs, announced ahead of each holiday.
